MD Clients - Need A Website?

You’ve been thinking of adding a website, but you always hesitated, because you don’t really know exactly what information should be presented on your website and in which manner. Perhaps, you are afraid of writing the content or you can't provide a strong concept to the designing firm. Just the prospect of having to find a good web development firm is enough to make some people sick. We understand you perfectly. Your business is to take good care of your patients and our business is to take good care of you.

Our Process

Our Process is simple:

1. First of all, if you are interested, we will assign a team to dig up your medical specialty, and come up with a number of preliminary questions for you regarding the contents of your site, site functionality, and usability. As far, as functionality goes, we are fully capable of making your site interactive (RSS, Surveys, Interactive guest books, etc.), adding a CMS or Page editor, integrating with a CRM of your choice. Our proposal usually has 2 parts – one is what’s included in the price, based on the functionality you would be really interested in, and an optional part that will include the things that you are not sure about (“maybe” things). This process usually takes from a couple of hours to a couple of days, based on project complexity and the responsiveness of the client.

2. Once the agreement is agreed upon and signed, the designer is assigned to work on the design of the site. While we gather the preliminary information, we also ask you such questions as what colors would you like for your site, are there any interesting competitor sites that you might looked at and would like to incorporate their site details into your design, and so on. So, from the very beginning, we have a basic understanding of what you are looking for. Our designer will prepare 3 different designs for you and you will choose what you want. You may also say that you’d like to use one design, but with the elements of another design, and that is fine. We certainly want you to be happy, so we will work with you further. Usually, the designing process takes from 48 hours to a couple of weeks, depending again on your loyalty(Is loyalty the word you want to use? I don’t understand how loyalty would affect design time) and feedback.

3. The process of writing content for your site will start simultaneously with the designer’s activities, but can take more time to prepare a draft version for you. Let me assure you that any draft version, even one written by a Harvard professor, is going to be modified by the client while being proof read. So prepare yourself or your team member to review the contents. Depending on the amount of content, writing a draft will take 1-2 weeks, and then another day or two to make the site ready for your review. Once the site is ready, you’ll have plenty of time to review it and make any changes to the content. Even if you accept the site and in a month or two you want to perform other changes – we will do it at no charge, as we include 3 months of limited support with this project, no matter where the site is hosted (as long as we are provided with access to the server).

4. The whole process, from the initial contact to the site delivery takes about 3 weeks to 1.5 months, based on customer loyalty and ability to response quickly. The average cost of the website is under $2,000 dollars. We do not charge you for the stock photography that we acquire for your site. Your cost will never go up after the agreement is signed. On-Site SEO is done by default to all sites we produce and it’s free of charge. Our medical writing professionals will provide you with a complementary content. All you need to do is be available for some edits/approving tasks.

We require a 25% of the total cost indicated in the agreement to be paid at the time of signing the agreement, and the balance is due upon the end of the project.

Others will tell you that it takes up to 3 months to get Google and other Search Engines to index your site, but with our unique on-Site SEO method, your site, with a meaningful domain name, will be indexed by Google, Yahoo, and Bing in just 2 weeks or less.
